We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged items.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Photos or video proof of the issue are required.

Items returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind are not eligible because our products are shipped directly from our partners.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

Order Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery window shown at checkout, please contact us and we will investigate.

If tracking shows no movement or the item is lost by the carrier, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

For this reason:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.
  • After 30 minutes, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.


If you need to make a change (wrong address, wrong item), contact us as soon as possible at tinymomentsart@gmail.com and we will do our best — but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
